Development of Aviation Properties at the New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport Request for Proposals
The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, “RFP”) for 07-22-CRA, Development of Aviation Properties at New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport (“EVB”), (see Appendix A . This solicitation shall be in accordance with Florida Statutes and must comply with Florida Statute 163.380(3)(a) as the subject properties are located within a community redevelopment area.
